Job description

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to provide proactive, full life-cycle recruitment in the Americas. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for all levels of professionals, preferentially in the financial services industry. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will act as "Relationship Manager" and provide hands-on recruitment for internal client groups with high volume recruitment needs. This person will source, assess, and recruit candidates while developing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies for positions.

Responsibilities will include:

* Manage full life cycle recruitment; source, assess, and recruit candidates for a variety of positions at all levels
* Develop strong relationships with senior management in order to forecast recruitment needs; provide consultation to key hiring managers and implement innovative and cost-effective recruiting strategies linked with business needs
* Provide selection and assessment expertise to business
* Utilize Workday (applicant tracking system) to post positions, manage candidates, develop reports, and maintain all recruitment data
* Work with HR colleagues (generalists and specialists) to identify new opportunities to add value to the organization; help HR colleagues with ad hoc projects (as and where needed).
* Mentor more junior staff.

Qualifications

* Minimum of 3-7 years recruitment experience preferred with a track record of success in a high volume, fast paced corporate environment; prior experience working in a global information, financial services, or technology company is highly desirable
* Experience recruiting financial sales professionals preferred
* Proven skills in sourcing candidates using a variety of methods, e.g. database searches, internet job postings, campus recruitment, cold calling, candidate referrals and networking
* Outstanding client service orientation and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with all levels of management in a matrix environment
* Experience leading recruiting initiatives
* Must be a self-starter, strong team player; and possess strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality
* Prior experience with a web based applicant tracking system
* Bachelors degree preferred

* Specialist, experienced professional with extensive knowledge and skills gained through wide-ranging experiences in a field that requires diverse practices or procedures.
* Recognized expert in their functional area or geography
* Deep knowledge of complex product, market and function in own area
* In-depth understanding of a Business Unit or function
* Works on issues of a diverse scope where analysis of situations requires skills and understanding of current industry trends

Scope of Impact:

* Leads significant projects, programs and business initiatives, demonstrating creativity and ingenuity
* Determines work priorities based on general direction from managers
* May manage budget for projects or programs within area
* Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts and Business Unit strategy
* Provides specialist advice to middle and senior management to resolve complex issues.

* Applies a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions
* Anticipates customer needs; assesses requirements and identifies new solutions
* Solves complex problems which may be multidisciplinary or require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
* Makes decisions in non-routine situations applying considerable interpretative thinking
