A DAY IN THE LIFE:
  • Partner with the talent acquisition team to createand implement strategic sourcing strategy for alltalent needs.
  • Research and source potential candidates through internet searches, jobs boards, and various industry related sources.
  • Review profiles/resumes to qualify potential candidates.
  • Submitleads into iCIMS applicant tracking system.
  • Monitor jobs boards and set up online alerts in specific industry sectors.
  • Create new job openings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as requested.
  • Manage online postings to include company website and third-party vendors.
  • Schedule candidates and hiring managers for interviews, including calendar invites to hiring managers and email interview details to candidates.
  • Schedule candidate travel and transportation when required.
  • Continuously find potential learning opportunities in the recruiting/sourcing sector.
  • Participate in individual and team training on newly discovered sourcing strategies and talent acquisition updates.
  • Assist the talent acquisition team with other various administrative tasks.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • 1-3 years of executive recruiting coordination and/or research experience.
  • Recruiting experience in an executive search firm or corporate environment, executing a variety of searches.
  • Experience with iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability todrive research strategy, review passive candidates, and understand new industries quickly.
  • Ability to focus and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented.
  • Have excellent communication and high-level of customer service for internal and external clients.
