Summary
The Lead, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the talent acquisition processes to include: sourcing, recruiting, selecting and onboarding. This role is responsible for collaborating with business functions throughout the organization and will manage, coach and develop Talent Acquisition Specialist both remote and local.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage, coach and develop a team of TA Specialist in both remote and local locations.
* Manage the day to day operations of the talent acquisition processes to include; sourcing, recruiting, selecting and onboarding.
* Source and recruit for Executive and Director level positions company-wide.
* Collaborate and partner with hiring managers across regions to understand staffing needs and to identify effective diverse sourcing strategies.
* Partner with legal counsel to lead discussions and determinations around pre-employment background results.
* Design, plan and execute recruiting brand activities.
* Support Workforce Planning strategies, initiatives and programs.
* Alongside the Manager, Talent Acquisition will create and move forward TA projects and objectives.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting issues and trends, labor laws, and OFCCP policies.
* Perform ongoing analysis on recruiting data/processes and provide recommendations to eliminate bottlenecks and barriers.

Required Education (certifications, licenses)
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or another Business-related field required
* Minimum of 2 years' experience managing people required
* A minimum of 5 years of experience with full cycle recruitment (corporate or vendor) required
* Proficiency using the full Microsoft Office suite, Applicant Tracking Systems, Social-Media and Sourcing platforms required.
* An understanding of SOX, OFCCP and Affirmative Action processes and guidelines required.
* PHR or CIR certification a plus
Required knowledge, skill and abilities
* Must have professional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of employees and managers effectively
* Must be able to travel up to 15%-20% (other Spire locations, Career Fairs, Training, Seminars etc…)
* Must have the ability to influence others and gain consensus
Physical demands, environment and schedule
* Work is performed in a shared, open-office environment
* Requires work during nonstandard business hours with occasional travel
