The WIM Practices and Business Development Consultant 1 role will report to the Head of Investment Tools and Implementation within the Investment Solutions COE. This consultant will be responsible for providing consultation and education for Financial Advisors on Environmental, Social, & Governance (ESG) strategy, research and asset allocation for their clients' portfolios through:
- Portfolio risk reporting, holdings analysis, and integration with fundamental portfolio guidance
- Investment and strategy alignment with client values and impact goals
- Portfolio and security screening for product involvement categories spanning environmental, ethical/religious, and business practice themes
Responsibilities will also include:
- Acting as subject matter expert on ESG data, risk ratings, available products and resources, etc. across WIM
- Contributing to ESG/Responsible Investing thought leadership and educational content for Investment Solutions publications utilized by Financial Advisors and their clients
- Contributing to overall WIM strategic plan for Responsible Investing as required
- Building strong relationships and strategic partnerships in a complex and multi layered organization
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: business development or financial services consulting
Desired Qualifications
- A BS/BA degree or higher
- Brokerage or wealth management experience
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or demonstrated progress toward the designation
- Knowledge and understanding of financial markets
- Ability to analyze metrics and articulate data trends both visually and verbally
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques
- Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
MO-Saint Louis: Min: $47,500 Mid: $65,000
