Job Summary
Represent Lakeland within designated regional area in Missouri, providing education and program information to referral sources in effort to increase referrals and develop new business. Work collaboratively with all levels of facility leadership to support the organization's mission and revenue goals. Efficiently evaluate, analyze, and interpret market data. Build strong relationship with Intake Team and Social Services Team. Develop and implement a comprehensive internal and external marketing plan to increase revenues for facility. Ensure that referral priorities are identified and in-line with the vision and strategic goals of the organization.
Essential Functions
- Orchestrate and maintain regular, independent work schedule
- Represent facility in professional and community forums while conveying professionalism and demonstrating LBHS mission
- Build, grow, and sustain network of referral sources
- Identify opportunities for partnering and business development
- Collaborate with Business Development Team, Intake Department, Social Services, Providers, and Administration to accomplish specific goals
- Increase number of referrals and inquiries with admission-potential
- Manage leads and ensure smooth admission and discharge processes for clients
- Communicate regularly with efficiency and effectiveness
- Utilize project tracking and database system (Salesforce) to document plans, tasks, and analysis
- Evaluate efficacy of activities to optimize results
- Create outreach initiatives to regularly communicate with referral sources through phone, email, e-blast, written notes, events, networking and other professional activities
- Provide the facility or receiving team with appropriate information to facilitate admission when necessary
- Frequently travel throughout region, scheduling meetings and establishing contacts
- Create educational presentations related to mental health for schools, community, government, and healthcare organizations

License and Certification
Must have and maintain valid driver's license and clean driving record, automobile insurance coverage, and access to reliable automobile.
