eCommerce Integration Specialist Job Description

Work cross-departmentally building a bridge between sales and integrations; Nurture and close inbound leads with a consultative sales approach; Facilitate a seamless merchant onboarding experience by answering questions, providing support, and guiding merchant developers towards finalizing a quick and functional Credova integration; Conduct product demos and trainings.

The Credova eCommerce Integration Specialist responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing and integrations to facilitate merchant onboarding end to end.
  • Conduct product demos and merchant trainings.
  • Provide detailed technical support to merchant teams undergoing Credova integrations.
  • Nurture and close inbound leads.
  • Refine and streamline the merchant integrations process from a support perspective.
  • Stay current on technologies and methodologies to improve the merchant onboarding experience.
  • Inform sales strategies by implementing best practices and driving improvements in the sales funnel, integration and onboarding experience.

eCommerce Integration Specialist Qualifications:

  • 3+ years software demo, SaaS sales, product integration, ecommerce platform plugin & marketplace experience.
  • Experience in consumer lending preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven technical sales results, ability to meet demanding deadlines and sales quotas.
  • Able to work remotely, autonomously, and diligently to meet Credova business goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
