Responsible for performing a broad variety of member services, including accepting incoming consumer loan applications through walk in, online, inbound and outbound calls; signing and funding approved applications, assisting members with questions, and cross-selling appropriate Credit Union products and services. Is regularly the primary contact for many members.

The starting pay for the lending specialist II position is $21.02

The minimum qualifications for the lending specialist position are:

• Background in the financial lending industry (minimum of 12 months)
• Effectively handle member requests and guide them to the most appropriate product
• Professional, mature, & trustworthy
• Performs functions with accuracy and attention to detail including appropriate loan documents, title reviews, and lending compliances.
