Human Resources Director - Full Time
Henderson Health Care Services, Inc., a progressive, rural healthcare facility, is seeking a full-time Human Resources Director. This position will oversee and implement both generalist and strategic human resource duties for the facility's multiple departments. The Human Resources Director will work closely with each departmental manager on both a proactive and as-needed basis. Core areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, recruiting/hiring/onboarding for various positions/departments, benefits education and administration, employee relations, performance review implementation; wage/compensation analyses, termination processing, policy development and implementation, and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess a solid understanding of general human resource functions, as well as knowledge of current employment law and applicable healthcare regulations. Strong organization and communication skills, as well as the ability to work directly with both administrative leaders and staff are necessary.
Bachelors degree from accredited four-year college with a related major is preferred, but may be interchanged with years of experience. Experience in the healthcare industry is desirable, but not required.
