As an HR Business Partner with us, you will apply your broad range of talent and skills to support the 800 employees of the hospital. This is a hands-on role where you can showcase your expertise in our day-to-day operations including employee relations, employee engagement, performance development, conflict management, and training programs/initiatives. You will partner with the leadership team to strategically identify Human Resources needs for the operation and partner closely with the Human Resource Centers of Excellence to ensure successful implementation of newly-created/changed programs, policies and procedures, as well as identify the most effective mechanisms for communication.

Responsibilities

Expectations:

* Provide guidance to leaders on all aspects of Human Resource programs and policies
* Facilitate both leadership and staff-level training and developmental opportunities
* Serve as a resource for risk mitigation pertaining to Human Resources laws and regulations
* Serve as the main source of information for employees
* Proactively plan and align core HR responsibilities offering the most value to both our business and people
* Advise employees, managers, and executive leaders on personnel matters
* Comfortable utilizing Human Resource Information Systems and administrative tools such as Google and MS Office

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
* Seven (7) plus years of HR experience
* Five (5) plus years of strategic operational coaching of senior leaders
* Employee relations
