Full-time director to manage multiple aspects of Eastmont's facilities which includes working closely with construction project manager and Executive Director on all phases of the new project. Provides supervisory, technical and planning expertise in all areas of maintenance on the campus to include The Monarch. Coordinates and supervises van drivers and night security. Individual must be organized, flexible, accommodating and make sound decisions. Must have thorough knowledge of building construction processes and procedures, equipment, tools, materials, and their applications. Must have thorough knowledge of the standards, codes and regulations pertaining to the construction and maintenance of structures and facilities to include building construction safety precautions. Individual must possess strong communication skills and leadership abilities in order to work collaboratively with multiple disciplines. We expect this person to work hands-on and be accessible when needed for the staff of 11. Must have 9 years' experience in project management in the building construction trades or equivalent experience in building construction inspection, planning or design. Supervisory experience is preferred.
