Director, Talent Acquisition
Overall responsibility to design, execute and continually evolve a modern talent acquisition model focused on enabling sourcing and hiring of a highly diverse, talented workforce while expanding key organizational mindsets, capabilities and capacity Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Partner with HR Business Partners and General Managers to ensure effective implementation and execution of a modern talent acquisition model across all stores
- Effectively lead and continuously develop a team of talent acquisition professionals
- Lead the expansion and ongoing sustainability of sourcing partnerships with technical programs at universities and colleges
- Significantly expand diversity-based sourcing options for all positions across the group
- Design and coordinate a full military sourcing program
- Develop local, in-market community sourcing plans and strategies including partnerships with community organizations and attendance at community events
- Expand and continually evolve a full high school and college sourcing program for full-time roles, technician-based programs and group-wide internships
- Continuously improve, simplify and streamline talent acquisition related processes and procedures focused on enabling a great candidate experience and hiring manager experience

Key, Preferred Qualifications include, but not limited to:
- Knowledge of modern, innovative talent acquisition models, tools, practices, platforms and approaches
- Ability to effectively lead and continually develop a strong talent acquisition team
- Knowledge of effective sourcing and interviewing approaches for large, distributed workforces and multi-site, multi-state operations
- Knowledge of sourcing technical, trade-based roles beneficial
- Strong collaboration and communication capabilities and skillsets to develop and effectively maintain partnerships internally and externally
- Knowledge of EEO laws and regulations relating to talent acquisition
- 10+ years of business operational, HR and/or talent acquisition leadership experience beneficial
- A positive approach and team-first mindset where you are a great, collaborative and supportive teammate
- Forward thinking, progressive and dynamic - always focused on continuous improvement and individual and team growth and development
- Being curious, agile and having a desire to embrace new experiences
- Strong communication skills including having a welcoming approach, good listening skills and being empathic
