Job description

Primary Job Purpose: Work collaboratively with the Mortgage Department leaders to achieve strategic technology goals. Administer Hyland OnBase and multiple other software platforms that support the Mortgage Department functions of Origination and Servicing. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of new and/or redesigned technology platforms.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Plans, designs, develops, tests, and modifies OnBase system and associated workflows.
• Supports business processes and application processes for ICE Encompass platform, Black

Knight MSP, Hyland Onbase and ancillary mortgage programs and services.

• Exercises a high degree of responsibility to create and manage processes, systems, and tools

to support automation of mortgage origination and servicing.

• Works to design and deliver creative solutions and resolve problems in a timely and proactive

manner by interacting with internal business units.

• Defines, documents, and follows best practices and standards for systems design, testing, and

execution.

• Drives workflow solutions to common problems.
• Writes, reviews, revises, and maintains technical documentation including reference guides.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, information systems, math, physics, or similar technical discipline preferred.
• 2+ years of OnBase systems administration preferred.
• OnBase system administrator and workflow administrator certification preferred.
• Experience with ICE Encompass, Black Night MSP or another Mortgage LOS preferred.
