Overview

Resort Lifestyle Communities is currently accepting applications for a Talent Sourcer. The Talent Sourcer will proactively source quality candidates for key roles and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates utilizing innovative outreach methods. This role will also involve utilizing and implementing technology solutions that ensure efficiency and enhance the candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

* Serve as a main point of contact for interested job applicants through all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
* Conduct market research to identify effective and innovative ways of reaching quality candidates.
* Proactively source active and passive candidates for key roles within the company.
* Screen, interview and recommend qualified candidates for open positions.
* Monitor and maintain timely and professional communication with candidates.
* Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and requirements.
* Coordinate candidate travel to interviews, process travel reimbursements, and track interview costs.
* Travel to and participate as a company representative at recruitment events as needed.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or an industry related field preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years recruiting for a mid-to-large size company with proven results in sourcing candidates.
* Minimum of 3 years recruiting for leadership positions (Supervisor/Manager to Executive).
* Experience and technical knowledge of applicant tracking systems and/or other similar technology platforms.
* Experience utilizing social media outlets such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. for recruiting.
* Knowledgeable of employment laws and regulations, especially as applicable to recruiting and hiring.
