Position Description

Lindsay Corporation is hiring a Summer Intern at Lindsay, Nebraska location. This is a temporary role for 2022 summer (from end of May or early June) for 3 to 4 months duration. This position will report to Lindsay Plant Quality Manager and will work with both Quality and Production team at Lindsay.

Position Details

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) and will be working on first shift (7:00 am to 4:00 pm) at Lindsay, Nebraska location. There is no travel requirement for this role.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process Study and Capability Analysis
  • Help with internal audit plan implementation
  • Help with Basic Quality Tools Training materials development
  • Help plant quality and operations team with developing and improving process documentation (Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms, etc.)

Required & Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience and proficiency in MS Office, more specifically MS Word, MS Excel, Visio, and MS Publisher is required
  • Knowledge of Minitab is preferred
  • English Language proficiency is required
  • Technical Writing skill and proficiency is preferred
  • Understanding of ISO requirement related to Controlled Documents is preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
