Position Overview:
The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success by executing regional recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.
Responsibilities:
- Source, target, recruit and deliver qualified candidates (our future leaders!) using techniques and resources including market research, job boards, data sourcing tools, referrals, networking and cold calling
- Ability to work in a team environment and be comfortable with video interface
- Partner with recruiting team on college campus recruiting and with energy and enthusiasm which could include attending college fairs and recruiting events
- Collaborate and learn new recruiting styles, techniques, and trends from your teammates
- Consult with hiring managers to influence hiring needs and set a strategic direction
- Conducts intake calls and regular follow-ups with hiring managers to ensure timeliness and maximize effectiveness of recruiting plans, processes, and implementation
- Responsible for ensuring candidate experience is exceptional throughout the hiring process with timely and meaningful communication
- Assist with the use of external agency when and where applicable
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR / Business / or related field; or equivalent work experience
- Minimum one year of Recruiting experience, preferably within an HR operations team, service provider and/or shared services environment
- Strong verbal/written communication skills, organization skills, detail-oriented, yet able to analyze and recommend alternatives
- Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and address competing demands and multi-tasking capacity
- High degree of respect for the confidentiality and sensitivity of HR data
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must possess the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide exceptional client service, exhibit a sense of urgency and strong commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
