PR Management Corp. dba Panera Bread is looking for a HR Business Partner! Candidate must be willing to travel to Maine, New Hampshire and northern part of Massachusetts. Must be willing and able to travel locally up to 90% of time.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
We're looking for a passionate HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will be responsible for aligning business objectives and goals with employees and management at PR Restaurants (PRR). The HRBP forms partnerships across PRR to deliver value-added service to management. This will allow cafe management to better manage the workforce business objectives. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.
This role will live and supports PR Restaurants mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy and adhere to the PR Restaurants regulatory and division/company policy requirements.

Requirements:
DUTIES / ACTIVITIES:
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
* Consults with District management in providing HR guidance when appropriate.
* Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Operations team to develop solutions, programs and policies.
* Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
* Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
* Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
* Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
* Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
* Process new hires, promotions, transfers, and terms.
* Leave administration.
* Unemployment administration.
* Benefits administration
* Provides guidance and input on workforce planning and succession planning.
* Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
* Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.

Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job experience in related field preferred
* 2-5 years of HR Business Partner experience needed in a multi-unit environment (restaurant experience a plus)
* SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or HR Certification Institute Professional (HRCI-HRP) credentials
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with attention to detail
* Dedication to impacting results…with a "whatever it takes" attitude
* Excellent interpersonal communications skills with all levels of an organization
* Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
* Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS or HCM applications, or other dashboard management software (UltiPro/ UKG preferred)
* Willing and able to travel locally approximately 90% of time with potential for overnights
