Human Resources Director

Our Nashua, NH client is on the search for a highly skilled Human Resources Director! This direct hire role will be responsible for overseeing the HR team and implementing policies and procedures that meet the organization's overall mission, as well as other duties. At least five years of prior HR experience in a managerial position is required!

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Director

• Administer benefits and compensation
• Prepare department budget
• Manage the organization's recruiting and hiring process
• Update and administer the organization's policies and procedures
• Ensure the organization is in compliance with state and federal employment regulations
• Oversee payroll for all employees
• Other related tasks and projects

Qualifications of the Human Resources Director

• Bachelor's degree required (master's degree preferred)
• At least five years of HR managerial experience
• Good grasp on employment laws and regulations
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, payroll, and HRIS software
• Able to prepare and adhere to department budget
