BUSINESS ANALYST
For a 12+ month assignment with possible extensions!!

Our Client is seeking a Business Analyst with strong skills in building and maintaining successful networks and relationships with key leaders across a single functional area to ensure IT projects are supported and successfully delivered.
Job Requirements:
1. Requirements management experience
a. Gather and Maintain consent capability requirements and systems integration requirements
b. Identify and resolve gaps in requirements that may need to be addressed
c. Facilitate the review of business requirements gathered internally and by vendor teams, and obtain approval with project leadership and key SME's
d. Maintain Requirements to support IT QM and QA related activities
2. Vendor & technical team support
a. Manage multiple vendor activities, resolve gaps in requirements
b. Support project team on day-to-day business need, scope, and requirements clarification
c. Support the vendor technical teams and IT QA QM on validation activities
d. Facilitate vendor demo, workshops and support identifying stakeholders for the workstream meetings
e. Work closely with DCMS, Project Managers to ensure that the project timelines, risks, and dependencies are raised to the appropriate teams and resolved
3. Business stakeholder management
a. Deliverables supporting IT stakeholder management & status updates
b. Facilitate and support the UAT activities,
c. Help support business stakeholders on change management activities
Responsibilities:
• Organizes and presents ideas in a convincing and compelling manner.
• Persuades and influences others with effective verbal and written communication.
• Understands the value of process-centric approach to business analysis and capability development.
• Command of project management techniques and tools.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Advanced technical skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A track record of following through on commitments.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience leading and developing top performing teams.
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
Education:
- 4 year degree required.
- There is no per diem with this position
- There is no relocation budgeted for this position. If this position requires you to relocate you will be responsible for those costs.
