We are seeking candidates for a Recruiting Intern out of our Allendale New Jersey office.

Flexible schedule and work arrangement. This is a great position for current college students or recent college graduates.

Responsibilities:

What youll do:

Perform administrative functions related to hourly restaurant recruitment including but not limited to sourcing, screening and scheduling job applicants for the Restaurant Hiring Managers.

Assist with the following:

• Review Job Boards and Company Applicant Tracking Platform and contact applicants.
• Source Applicants for Open Restaurant Positions.
• Conduct Pre-screens of Applicants
• Schedule Interviews with Hiring Managers
• Follow up and disposition applicant applications

Qualifications:

• An interest in recruiting and human resources
• Able to work a 25- 40 hour work week
• Good organizational skills (attention to detail is critical)
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiastic, dependable, self-motivated, quick learner, and an outgoing personality
• Previous office experience; general skills- scheduling, phone skills
