Job description

The HR Generalist will ensure we have the necessary skills and talents required to grow our business and meet our client's needs. They will ensure a forward-thinking people proposition exists that ensures we can recruit, retain and develop the best people.

Key Areas of Responsibilities and Tasks * Ensure Playtech LIVE Casino has a positive employer brand, able to attract great talent. * Take care of a wide range of recruitment activities starting from sourcing and headhunting to job postings, interview arrangements and record keeping.

  • Collect and analyze recruitment statistics, keeping track of the recruitment progress.
  • Think out of the box and find creative ways to attract most talented specialists
  • Maintain and update all HR records, systems and internal policies.
  • Draft from templates, issue and organize employment contracts.
  • Compiling salary review and bonus files in time for review and payment.
  • Reviewing and improving all admin processes.
  • Tracking sickness and holidays.
  • Manage the site Welfare budget
  • Managing the onboarding and exit processes; organize new starters' first day, running a short HR intro.
  • Weekly and monthly management reporting.
  • Performance Evaluation process management.
  • Provide support and guidance to line managers on all aspects of people.
  • Organize company events to ensure colleagues are engaged and feel part of a team.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or another related field.
  • 3 years of recruiting experience and interviewing skills.
  • Prior experience in headhunting
  • Experience of creating effective recruitment, people development, communication and engagement strategies.
  • Experience in all aspects of generalist HR.
  • Thorough and up to date knowledge of New Jersey employment legislation.
  • Experience of HR administration and payroll.
  • Experience of working within a highly technical environment.
  • Ability to successfully manage projects.
  • Experience of working independently as part of a larger global HR team

Expected Start Date: 01/12/2021

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,420.00 per month
