This position may require travel and/ or relocationQualifications:Basic:Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.At least 3 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree or fresh MBA from accredited University.U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.Preferred:Ability to assist in sourcing planUnderstanding of local laws, EEO and legally compliant hiring processesExperience working in a global environmentOther Responsibilities include but not limited to:Understand and assist the team with unit level staffing and sourcing planRepresent company brand and execute branding strategy with external stake holders and candidatesIdentify Talent Acquisition trends and gaps for quick suggestions and hiring the right talentEnsure adherence to recruitment standard, compliance process within the teamAssist in sourcing and pipeline plan to meet the recruitment targetVendor management and stake-holder managementAdherence to set standards to be process complaint, statutory and regulatory compliantThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
