What does a great Talent Acquisition Advisor do?
You'll join a recruiting team that loves recruiting and our company. As a company, we aspire to move money and information in a way that moves the world. As a technical recruiter, you will play a hand in helping to identify and hire technical talent to guide us towards innovation.
* You will handle all aspects of the recruitment process which will include, but not limited to, conducting recruiting strategy sessions with hiring managers, developing recruiting and sourcing strategy plans, advising on labor market data that impacts talent availability, pre-screening talent, and submitting candidate slates for review.
* You will also be responsible for setting appropriate expectations in the recruiting process related to salary delivery and salary negotiation with hiring managers and candidates to promote a positive candidate experience.
* As a member of our high performing team, you'll be responsible for handling your recruiting activity against recruiting metrics, candidate pipelining, update recruiting activity reports, handling candidate activity in a timely manner, and maintain regular meeting cadences with TA Leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners where necessary.
* Recruiters who have the ability to combine business sense, market insight, client/ results focus, and personal accountability will be deeply successful.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted.
* You'll need a minimum 3 years of technology recruiting experience - mix of corporate and agency experience preferred
* Experience owning full-cycle recruiting: source, interview, offer, negotiate and close candidates
* You'll need technical recruiting experience in a wide range of functional areas including, but not limited to: Software Development, Technical Professional Services, Conversion - Implementation, Client Technical Support, Software and Data Architecture, Cybersecurity, Technical Project Management, Network and technical Operations, Systems Engineering and more.
* Demonstrable experience handling recruitment processes related to tracking and documentation of candidate movement according to legal and compliance guidelines. (i.e. OFCCP and EEOC)
* In depth understanding of geographic and business/economic considerations that affect recruitment is necessary.
* Develop relationships with candidates to build a strong network and pipeline for future requisitions
Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:
* Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday
* Prior experience with Microsoft Excel
* Conceptual knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), recruiting metrics, and internal dedication to assess and adjust your performance against expectations
* Demonstrable ability to partner with multiple business partners and relationship managers in a matrixed environment
