Training Specialist

Parker + Lynch is conducting a search for a motivated Training Specialist for a global leader in the financial technology industry. The ideal candidate would have experience with training others as well as experience in the financial industry to help teach clients on the functionality and benefits of their fintech software. Their clients know the financial industry in great depth, so someone with financial industry experience would help immensely. The opportunity for travel throughout the United States to engage with clients in various locations is present.


Qualifications for Consideration Include:

  • Associates degree in Finance, Education or Computer Science or equivalent experience in the financial industry, adult education and software industry
  • 3 years' experience in adult education, training adult learners in a client service setting
  • 3 years' experience in the financial industry
  • Experience training adult learners with the ability to train in person and via eLearning virtual classroom
  • Ability to multi-task priorities and prioritize accordingly
  • Have a passion for training and client services
  • Must be willing to work extended hours to accommodate a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Sharepoint and Micrososft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Must be willing to travel
