The Analytics Business Analyst will be responsible for providing analytics support to the entire Analytics business unit taking data from various data sources and converting it into information in response to requests from the leadership and functional groups. The output will be supportive of all areas of the business and be in the form of dashboards, reports, spreadsheets, web content etc. The role must be highly responsive to requests, organized and adept at using analytical and statistical tools to deliver clarity on operational metrics. Data and information must be handled with the requires attention to security and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional level of service to all internal customers for data analysis and reporting needs of the organization.
• Use analytics and computer tools in order to covert data into information in support of specific requests
• Work closely with business units, department heads, and application users and functional groups to create reports, dashboards, web portals to present data in clear and actionable ways including analysis of the available data to create greater understanding of the operation and the business performance.
• Develop business process models and workflows
• Involved in business system analytics such as core financial and accounting, supply chain management, customer relationship management, and business reporting
• Maintain a process for capturing, validating and delivering analytics projects
• Integrate data between disparate systems
• Solicit training needs and train application users through group and individual mentoring in test and live environments
• Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value beyond job requirements
• Protects company's value by keeping information confidential

Qualifications:

• Requires 1-5 years of experience in an ERP business analyst role
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation of business needs
• Experience with Business Systems (ERP, CRM, Quality, Manufacturing, HR)
• Expert level experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, and workflow tools
• Experience with some or all of the following: SQL Server, stored procedures, Microsoft Access, Crystal Reports, PowerBI, Tableau, Office 365 SharePoint, SharePoint Designer, Jira, Sales Force and other assorted data sources.
• A broad spectrum of experience in business systems that can be applied to future system implementations; workflow improvements, reporting and forecasting
• Independently problem-solves, interprets data, proposes improvements, and plans
• Able to interact with all levels of personnel in a professional and engaging manner
• Maintains the highest level of professionalism and service under pressure and deadlines
• Ability to use independent judgment when needed
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Analytics or equivalent experience
