POSITION OVERVIEW
Summary:
The Talent Program Operations Specialist role will focus on continuous improvement in Sanofi's daily Talent operations including processes, systems, reporting and project management. The incumbent will also have responsibility for handling complex and confidential information in a secure, dependable, timely and credible manner. The analyst also ensures systems and processes reflect a positive (internal/external) candidate, recruiter and hiring manager experience.
Responsibilities:
- Subject Matter Expert for Workday Recruiting module including issue resolution, reports and system administration functions. Analyze, report and drive improvements for Talent Acquisition systems and related operations. Develop recruitment metrics, dashboards and reporting that drives optimal staffing performances and ensures data integrity in the systems to facilitates accurate reporting.
- Identify and implement recruiting "best practices" and workflows across the company to help streamline and standardize our processes including oversight and governance for continuous improvement efforts.
- Stay current and informed on industry best practices including new and innovative recruiting strategies, systems and technologies.
- Collaboratively assist TA leaders, recruiters and the business with related projects and tool utilization (LinkedIn CRM, Job Postings, Video Interviewing etc).
- Collaborate with global TA operations network to continually assess the effectiveness of recruiting tools and processes efficiently and/or improving over time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum 1-3 years of HR talent acquisition professional experience. Preferred candidate will bring consultative experiences in talent acquisition operations, global perspectives, project management covering candidate experience/service, systems, data management and reporting.
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical and problem solving skills and the proven ability to comprehend technical HR related systems architecture.
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate working and problem solving with others as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills and the demonstrated ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with Workday including recruiting, talent, administration and reporting/analytics.
- Complete proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to deliver results with little supervision in a highly dynamic, and ambiguous working environment.
- Able to proactively share progress, risks, and recommendations while seeking guidance, direction, approvals as necessary.
- Demonstrate strong time management, organization, prioritization, and decision making skills.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities.
