Overview

If you want an exciting job with one of the largest off-price retail stores in the nation, join the Burlington Stores, Inc. team as a Human Resources Coordinator based in our New Daniels Way Distribution Center!

As a Human Resource Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our distribution center team. HR coordinators should display strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, payroll support and Federal and State law compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Serves as initial point of contact for Distribution Center employee issues and inquiries, including but not limited to payroll support and company policies
• Data entry, preparation of spreadsheets and flyers and other specialized functions
• Maintain associate files and the HR filing system. Audit personnel files and maintain accurate I-9 files.
• Maintain clear understanding of all policies and procedures as well as all Federal and State laws
• Ensure compliance with worker's compensation requirements
• Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
• Assist with associate relations activities and events

Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred. Candidates should have experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource information Systems (HRIS) software such as Workday and iCIMS. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
