*LOOKING FOR A HIGHLY MOTIVATED AND DRIVEN RECRUITER TO ASSIST TEAM IN ACHIEVING AGGRESSIVE GROWTH INITIATIVES*
Position Summary:
Provides direction and organization for the Agencies Ongoing function in regards to recruitment of Caregivers, RN's, LPN's and other Healthcare Professionals
Essential Functions:
Recruiter Job Responsibilities:
- Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; Establishes recruiting requirements by studying Spring Hills Home Care plans and objectives and meeting with Management to discuss needs.
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, hosting job fairs ,etc.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed to Spring Hills Home Care policy.
- Submits Weekly Recruitment Summary to Business Operations Manager/Director of Operations by Friday end of business
Recruiter Qualifications/Skills:
- Recruiting and interviewing skills
- Phone, Skype, Zoom and online meeting platform skills
- Supports workplace diversity
- Familiarity with relevant employment Law
- Professionalism, organization, and time management skills
Manager on Duty Program:
· All management staff will be on call on a rotating basis 1 week at a time. On Call will include after 5pm Monday through Sunday, all day weekends and holidays
· Answers incoming calls promptly and efficiently. An immediate response is required.
· Promptly communicates issues/concerns/actions to Director or RN Supervisor
· Complete and maintains on call report on a daily basis
· Reviews on call report with appropriate personnel weekly/daily as needed
Non Essential Functions:
- Attends all required training, in-services, and staff meetings.
- Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, the achievement of safe working practices
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward clients, visitors, families, and co-workers.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures of Spring Hills Home Care Services
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
- 2-4 years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
- Minimum 2 years' experience recruiting in relevant industry environment (home care industry preferred)
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- able to handle a fast-paced, ever changing environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
