Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Global Finance Director - Source. The primary location for this role will be New Brunswick, NJ. Talent at other J&J campuses in NJ/PA will be considered, but travel to New Brunswick will be required several days a week based on business needs.

The Global Finance Director for Enterprise Procurement and Source will provide financial guidance to the Procurement Leadership Team.
- Shape the Enterprise SigniFi journey for global functions generally and specifically in partnership with Enterprise Procurement,
- Provide financial leadership on Procurement's Journey to Value roadmap, leveraging productivity metrics for spend and costs while providing transparency on Procurement's value delivered at a sector level
- Shape the evolving interaction model for commercial procurement and finance with metrics
- Lead the team to further develop agile mindset and do things differently (leveraging technology and diverse / inclusive mindset)
- Manage a global team of ~6 people including 2 direct reports at the manager level
- Drive continuous improvements to the Global Procurement functional budgeting and planning process to drive transparency, accountability, and standardization to achieve results and drive continuous improvement.
- Frame and communicate with Global Procurement Leadership Team to provide leadership as they continue to improve financial performance and deliver results
- Develop and lead communication of Global Procurement Function financial updates to critical stakeholders (CPO and leadership team) to ensure transparency and that appropriate actions are taken to ensure delivery of short and long term financial commitments
- Provide financial direction and analysis of investments tied to key strategic objectives for broad Enterprise Procurement digital/tech journey and advancement
- Lead the Global Procurement Function Planning Process, including Target-setting, annual Business Plan and periodic updates; Consolidation of materials for reviews with key stakeholders
- Lead the Global Procurement Long Range Financial Plan Process
- Provide Global Procurement quarterly and annual financial results, including spending, headcount, % of sales and commentary
- Optimize the management reporting systems required to track Global Procurement spending and headcount
- Partner on vendor negotiation and strategic insights for commercial procurement category spend and business services spend; provide guidance and where appropriate approvals on savings validation
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
- An advanced degree, CPA, CMA or other professional designation is preferred
- A minimum of 10 years of finance or accounting experience is required.
- Prior experience in a management role in finance, accounting and operations experience is preferred
- Prior experience working in a global matrixed organization is strongly preferred
- Prior experience with change and project management is preferred
- Must have the ability to partner and influence finance and the business
- Should be competent in project planning and problem solving (to include simulation, modeling, capital budgeting, cost benefit analysis, information systems development and negotiation skills) preferred
- Must be comfortable working with Excel to analyze metrics and to build charts
- Must be comfortable working in PowerPoint to build communication documents for senior leaders
- Experience with TM1 is preferred
- Prior people management experiences required
- Strong framing and communication skills with experience presenting to various levels of senior management
- This position requires up to 10% domestic/international travel
