Job description

We have excellent long term contract opportunity with our Global Leader client. We are seeking a SENIOR TECHNICAL RECRUITER Local to Miami FL. This position is 100% Remote.


Responsibilities:


Research, identify, and recruit candidates through the use of innovative search methods that include cold-calling, networking, deep internet sourcing and mining.

Apply the creative use of social, professional, and internet networking sites to identify and source candidates (i.e. LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, eFinancial Careers, Workday, Handshake, etc.).

Build networks to source qualified passive candidates by using business acumen to support, consult and present (sell) candidate slate in alignment to our client's needs.

Develop comprehensive knowledge of client's business and positions and effectively research to gain an intimate knowledge of functional markets.

Develop and consult with both internal and external clients on advanced recruitment strategies and techniques is critical for success in this role.

Support, consult, and sell candidate slate to our internal and external clients

Develop, communicate, and execute on recruitment and sourcing strategy.

Qualifications:


Proven track record placing Full Stack, Front End, Back End Engineers, DevOps, and UX roles as a Technical Recruiter. This experience MUST be listed on your resume to be considered!

Ability to recruit passive talent.

Knowledgeable in full lifecycle within a corporation including managing stakeholders, leaders, HR, Finance, etc.

Qualifications Required 7+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience.*

  • Track record of successfully executing complex, senior-level searches from inception to close.
  • Ability to develop and employ creative sourcing strategies across a multitude of channels, to include leveraging new and existing technologies with an emphasis on direct sourcing of passive talent.
  • Structured thinker with experience advising and influencing executive leadership decisions.
  • Experience developing and negotiating complex offers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and leverage trust-based relationships to support the recruitment process.
  • Awareness of key employment laws and regulations surrounding executive recruitment (e.g. Pay Equity and EEOC Legislation, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
