Role Overview:
The IT Manager, Technology Solutions Lead (TSL) in support of Human Resources is accountable for the centralized deployment of solutions for various Human Resource (HR) and Learning Management applications through Scaled Agile delivery. Corporate HR is actively working on consolidation of legacy Learning Management applications into a single, centralized solution using such as Workday.
The TSL will work in partnership with the Business and Technical Product Owners to manage the backlog and the demand intake process for both Program and Steady State areas, partnering with various TS vendors to maximize resource capacity, ensure on time delivery of solutions, and monitor and control the quality of vendor and TS deliverables.
Working across multiple business technology and product line groups, the TSL will shape and deliver solutions for our business, which requires strong technical and business acumen, as well as strong communication and partnership skills. This individual will serve as an advocate within Technology Services for Scaled Agile methodologies, processes, and rituals.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in support of and/or working directly with HR and HR systems is required.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant Information Technology experience is required.
- Scaled Agile methodology experience is required.
- Experience with Workday (or other HR software) is preferred.
- Experience with Automated Testing (i.e. Selenium) is preferred.
- Scaled Agile Certifications (SAFe, Nexus, Scrum) is preferred.
