Enterprise Supply Chain Finance is recruiting a Sr. Financial Analyst - Janssen Supply Chain Capital, based in Bridgewater, NJ or Titusville, NJ.

In this role, the Sr. Financial Analyst will provide analytical support to deliver key strategic insights and build strategic partnerships with Janssen Supply Chain, PMO and Senior Finance leaders to accomplish strategic goals. The Sr. Financial Analyst will also lead end to end financial reporting and analysis of Janssen Supply Chain Consolidated Capital results, including presentations to help shape and drive business Capital decisions.

Primary Responsibilities Include

  • Drive Capital portfolio analytics to provide strategic insights; develop management presentations and communicate key messaging to shape and drive business decisions.
  • Lead all financial reporting and analysis cycles for Supply Chain Capital, including quarterly actuals, forecast cycles, and Long Range Financial Planning (LRFP).
  • Ensure LRFP, Business Plan and Forecast updates equip stakeholders and leaders with key data to influence and support their decisions.
  • Develop strong business partner relationships throughout the organization to drive robust understanding of strategic capital portfolio management process.
  • Collaborate across regions to seamlessly execute and resolve operational challenges
  • Drive innovation and agile ways of working through automation and across the Enterprise Supply Chain organization with partnership across all sectors at J&J.
  • Implement new Capital processes while identifying existing process improvements to standardize and streamline reporting across Janssen Supply Chain organization, as well as with the Enterprise SC teams across all sectors.
  • Coordinate and lead IRC (project approval process).
  • Provide financial leadership and accounting guidance in compliance with Worldwide Procedure 410B to cross functional teams for capital appropriation requests.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.
  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of finance or related business experience is required.
  • Candidate must possess excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization, including interacting with senior management, and operate in a highly matrixed structure is required.
  • Must possess the ability to recommend, influence, implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple priorities is required.
  • Candidate must be comfortable with ambiguity and be self-motivated to take initiatives to drive business results.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills and the ability to make sound recommendations based upon analysis of large data sets is required.
  • Experience with Analytics and Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau etc.) is a bonus.
  • This position can be based in Bridgewater, NJ or Titusville, NJ and may require up to 5% of domestic travel.
