Position Summary:

A highly competitive and quickly growing Insurance Agency seeking a Graphic Designer to continue to build the company a strong social media presence as well as aid in business development via social media marketing. Grow with a growing company!! Young and hungry preferred!

Essential functions:

• Creating post descriptions, creative content, creative writing pieces for photos, podcasts, videos etc.
• Graphic creation using platforms such as Adobe and Canva
• Assisting with posting on all social media platforms; Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
• Creation and Maintenance of existing Email Marketing campaigns via Aweber
• Responsible for assisting Marketing Manager in designing and implementing company's digital media plans and strategies
• Keep up to date on industry trends and competitors
• Idea and content creation for department (team effort)

General Requirements and Qualifications:

Must be legal to work in the United States (A citizen or national of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work)

Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken- professional

Excellent organizational, communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills

Highly self-motivated and ability to work independently

Be an excellent critical thinker with exceptional communication and analytical skills

Advanced Computer skills in MS office suite, especially Excel, Word; Adobe Software and Google Suite (Gmail, Google drive etc.)

Strong knowledge of best practices for social media and social media marketing

Ability to create and execute thoughts and ideas fully and completely

Collaborative, creative team player passionate about our Mission.

Experience with graphic design HIGHLY PREFERRED - Creativity and Artistry is great however we do not need an Artistry Space Cadet. We are looking for a candidate who has a sense of ownership and pride in their performance and its impact on company's success and someone who can EXECUTE!! This individual will work closely with the Marketing Manager as a steady hand, and is not afraid to lead and can eventually grow into a second hand support to the Marketing Department.

Wages commeasured upon experience - starting annualized salary of $50-$60k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
