Do you want to play a role in global commerce?

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be a 'force multiplier' to the head of the Greater New York/New Jersey Market, helping with the planning and execution of a wide variety of projects and processes. This will include coordinating communication and reporting among different lines of business including leasing, marketing, property management, accounting, maintenance, construction, valuations and capital deployment, with the opportunity to grow into one of these lines. Responsibilities include working closely with the Market Officer and market leadership team on various reporting tasks, communicating take-aways and responsibilities from various meetings, and streamlining processes among business lines.

You will be part of a Team that strives to provide best-in-class service to customers in our 45 million square feet of industrial buildings in the New Jersey, New York and Philadelphia markets. With an emphasis on customer service and quality buildings, we have the best of both worlds - a local office of over 50 staff members, with the support and sophistication of a large international company.

What's needed in order to do that:

* The ability to adapt to change and willingness to take on new company initiatives, campaigns or system upgrades with proven adoption and navigational skills while maintaining the most positive attitude
* Create, maintain, grow and foster quality relationships with internal Prologis groups, vendors, brokers and customers while developing an in-depth understanding of these parties (their business, strategies, and trends that impact them) to enhance the customer experience
* Must be able to use technical tools (ex: SalesForce, Peoplesoft, Yardi) to gather data/metrics and develop insights among various business lines, IE Work with Leasing to gather lease comps, Leasing and Property Management to gather customer insights, Leasing and Capital Deployment to gather sale comps
* Proficient in lease analysis and lease administration skills or ability to develop those skills within 6 months
* Strong financial reporting background to ensure budget and financial goals are met for the portfolio
* Support Market Officer, Leasing Officers, and Director of Property Management by generating various reports, quality checking data/reports, tracking tasks and streamlining processes.
* Support the Team as needed and other duties as assigned

* 0 to 3 years of industrial/commercial real estate experience recommended with willingness to learn
* Must be able to work well with internal partners (leasing, marketing, property management etc..) as part of an integrated customer service team
* Strong quantitative, data processing and analytical skills
* Persuasive presentation and negotiation skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task; prioritize and work with minimal supervision while managing competing deadlines
* Skilled in the use of the internet, spreadsheets, relational databases (SalesForce), accounting (Yardi & Peoplesoft) and word processing software
* Willingness to earn Real Estate sales license
* Possess a valid driver's license with ability to travel to multiple properties within a given portfolio
