We are seeking an experienced Disclosure Desk Analyst to join our Closing team.

Requirements

- A minimum of three (3) years working in a Disclosure Desk capacity

- Expert customer service skills and telephone etiquette

- Previous experience with Encompass LOS is preferred

- An upbeat & positive personality

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- A Growth Mindset - looks for problems and develops solutions

Responsibilities

- Sending initial and revised disclosures

- Ordering appraisals

- Adversing loans when appropriate

- Other duties as assigned
