Requirement:

Note : Client prefers local candidates or who can relocate by Feb.

SAP Business Analysts ( 4 Roles ) - NJ, 1 - 3 Years

Rates Open. Need Local or Relocation. ( Maybe Remote as last option ).

Need SAP ECC Implementation/Enhancement projects experience.

10 years of SAP experience.

Client is in Pharma industry.

1) SAP Business Analyst - CO Controlling

SAP BA with CO Controlling module, Supply Chain Finance, COPC Product Costing, COPA Profitability Analysis, Inventory Management: Account to Report, Invoice to Cash, Procure to Pay, PCA, Financial Reporting, Master data, and Tax management. Some SAP FI Finance module knowledge for Account determination.

Procure to Pay knowledge is a plus.

2) SAP Business Analyst - SD Order to Cash

SAP BA with SD Order to Cash & Delivery processing ( starting from Order creation & Product allocation through Invoicing ).

Retail / Distribution experience is a plus.

e-commerce understanding is a plus.

3) SAP Business Analyst - WM Warehouse Management

SAP BA with WM Warehouse Management related to Material movements and QA actions.

Retail / Distribution experience is a plus.

Ecommerce understanding is a plus.

4) SAP Business Analyst - QM Quality Management

SAP BA with QM Quality Management in Process Industry, with knowledge of Batch Management and Serialization.

Experience in PP/PI, Batch Management, Serialization, MES interfaces, Planning and Execution; QM in Procurement, Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Inspection lots, Usage Decisions; integration with external Planning and Reporting systems.

Good to have PP Production Orders ( PP-SFC / MES interfaces ), IBP ( Planning and Execution integration with external Planning systems).

Good to have BW or similar tool for external Reporting.

General Duties for the 4 Roles:

Expertise in SAP Functional areas, working with Business and Technology partners/SMEs to identify needs, shape business demand, and propose new solutions

Proactively match business needs with existing SAP technology capability, driving adoption of core system and highlighting value in a business context

Writes, manages, and clarifies user stories and defines acceptance criteria

Explaining the business ask, intent, process, and requirements to Functional Analysts/ Scrum team to drive build and test of functionality

Works with technical services to understand capacity team resource mix, while maximizing throughput

Negotiate with the business to see what items (story points) are built and which are backlogged based on capacity, business value and priority

Accountable for the development work getting done correctly and tracking progress of product development in the context of the larger program (scrum master owns day to day burn down charts)

Reports back to the business on status of the delivery of features, functionality, and applications. Works with business to define business simulation scenarios and scripts and support UAT testing.

Manage to assure compliance and adherence to all SOX, regulatory and business requirements and inspire a Credo driven team

Resolves business and technical challenges to deliver on time, cost, and quality and to ensure realization of business benefits
