Job Description

The purpose of this position is to provide direct support to SDM's, Sales, and Perfumers by running laundry machines and setting up evaluations. You will report to the Application Lab Supervisor and be expected to adapt to changing tasks and instructions based on business demands throughout the day in order to satisfy internal and external customers

You will spend your time…

* Pouring out samples based off a computer task management system.
* Running U.S. and Euro washers, and U.S. Dryers based off wash protocols.
* Delivering and returning towels to Sensory Testing Center in R&D, using their vehicle
* Making Application samples when needed. Properly maintain lab, help others when assigned by the lab manager.
* Setting up evaluations
* Providing help when it is needed in other labs.
* Properly maintaining bays.
* Maintaining a log of completed sample requests

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

* Computer skills: Must be proficient in basic computer knowledge and comfortable using automated systems and computer task management tools.
* Must be able to start and complete a task in a dynamic environment:
* Adapt to changes and priorities due to customer request. Ability to give and receive verbal and written communications.
* Must be safe and conscientious lab operator for the protection of all employees.

Required Experiences:

* 1+ years industry experience in fragrance or flavor creative laboratory with a strong understanding of making application samples.
* Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) is a plus.
