Overview:
VNA Health Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote) to join our dynamic team to service our Monmouth/Ocean County territories.

Responsibilities:
This is how you'll take part in our purpose:
You'll use your best sourcing strategies, your network, and our employee referral program to fill open positions across several disciplines, with a focus on nurses and home health aides. You'll develop client relationships, offering consultation on the best sourcing and evaluation methods all while firming up your knowledge about our different service lines. Use metrics to communicate trends and tackle recruiting challenges.
Lead an Amazing Candidate Experience: Act as a VNAHG ambassador to candidates, helping them to understand how their values and skill-set fit into our culture and mission. Walk candidates through the process right through the new hire phase, explaining how our employees are on-boarded and trained.
Focus on Impact Plays. You'll get involved in special initiatives like branding; campus recruiting; employee referral programs; exploring recruiting technologies; and manager's training on talent attraction & assessment, to name a few.
Up Your Game. Investigate ways to stay current in the Talent game, partnering with your manager on development goals. This includes identifying targeted seminars, certifications, conferences, and other training that will bolster your career. You'll share what you learn with your colleagues, helping them to up their game, too.

You're savvy with applicant tracking systems, social media and mobile recruiting. You have a bachelor's degree, and, if you speak a second language, that's a plus.

Job Competencies & Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors required; Business, HR or related field; experience may be accepted as substitute.
3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with Full-Cycle Recruiting and Social Media presence
Ability to identify top talent, understand the business and the roles and influence, coach and counsel Hiring Managers through the assessment and selection process to acquire top talent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and interview skills
Self-started with ability to work on own initiative and drive results
Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Business Office Environment with phone and computer use
