EisnerAmper is seeking a Recruiter to join our growing National Talent Acquisition team. This role is able to be based out of our Iselin, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, or Dallas, TX offices and will be supporting our National team*.

In this uniquely created opportunity where you will get to wear multiple recruiting "hats". The bulk of your time will be working on the experienced hire recruiting team. In this role you will own the full-cycle recruitment process which encompasses sourcing, interviewing, and closing experienced candidates of all levels of opportunities for our growing public accounting firm. You will also be a valued asset on the campus recruiting team, offering internship and entry-level full-time job opportunities to the most stellar students across the nation.

Key Job Responsibilities

Experienced Hiring Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively hiring managers and resource management to understand business objectives, candidate requirements for open positions, consult on key trends for hiring, and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and build a strong network of high-potential candidates through research and relationships with external partners, innovative sourcing strategies, cold calling, social media, and networking tools.
  • Perform thorough screenings with candidates and communicate to candidates what sets the firm apart from competitors.
  • Partner with line of service leaders to develop target candidate profiles, sourcing strategies, and assessment plans to a given position.
  • Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


Campus Hiring Responsibilities
  • Work with the national campus recruitment team to manage the full life cycle recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, selection, extending offers, negotiating and ultimately on-boarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with career services staff, professors, and students groups.
  • Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates.
  • Coordinate and participate in interview process and integrate information gained about candidates to make hiring decisions.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration.
  • Work closely with the summer interns to include coordinating social events, intern appreciation week, monthly check-ins, and final presentations and reception.


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 2 years of experienced hire financial recruiting
  • Working knowledge of the public accounting or a professional services firm is desirable


Ideally you'll also have
  • Experience various technologies including Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems, Workday preferred
  • Previous campus recruiting experience at a professional services or large corporate environment
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Problem-solving and event-planning skills
