Job description
This position will be part of the overall Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) CLIENT OPERATIONS - Service Innovation team. The team, in alignment with Client Operations, Product, Technology and other partners focuses on end-to-end solutions to optimize the operational processes in order to reduce the overall cycle time for addressing customer inquiries and to improve client experience.
Job Summary: This role will directly support the Data Strategy and Information Delivery (DSID) Product Owner. DSID's goal is to reduce processing time of a client inquiry by providing client facing teams with critical high quality client data assets through a data search engine seamlessly integrated into the client inquiry processing platforms as well as into client facing platforms to support self service capabilities for enquiry elimination. DSID is powered by Big Data API capabilities to centralize data access.
Responsibilities:
- Work as the daily support for team manager
- Conduct research of current Operational and Client Servicing practices across Global TTS Operations organization. Based on conducted research, identify any data and process gaps and provide recommendations for process improvement and efficiency opportunities. Gather and submit recommendations based on feedbacks/reviews from stakeholders such as incoming client inquiries and embed in solution roadmaps as appropriate
- Conduct analysis of client inquiry data to identify process enhancement opportunities and prioritize accordingly based on potential achievable benefits
- Organise and participate in calls, meetings and cross-partner workshops; provide agenda/minutes where required. Flexibility to participate in periodic engagements with Asia stakeholders on as needed basis during US evening hours
- Review, collect requirements and contribute to user stories and prototype and wireframe designs providing input from an end user lens at all times and with an aim to avoid any manual touchpoints
- Create step-by-step training documents. Support efforts to drive high rates of end user adoption; identify opportunities to continuously improve communication of new products and training sessions.
- In alignment with partners globally, contribute/manage Roadmap, End to End Governance, Tracking and Reporting for Data Strategy and Information Delivery (DSID) workstream
- Liaise with various different functional teams for initiating activities, providing updates, receiving updates; engage end users in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Validation Testing (PVT) activities and secure sign-offs from stakeholders
- Effectively manage, communicate and track issues, risks, watch items & ensure strength via independent views.
- Proactively identify and drive to completion action items without the need for multiple follow-ups with management
- Build and manage strong relationships with key senior stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 1- 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Industry (data analytics/ requirements gathering/ change management/ process automation/ client service)
- Resourcefulness- ability to conduct independent research, collect & analyse large volumes of data and make conclusions and recommendations based on produced output
- Self-motivated- willing to take ownership and responsibility
- Excellent communication skills- both oral and written. This individual must be an articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing, with an energetic, charismatic and approachable style
- First-rate execution skills and prompt turnaround
- Excellent organization skills - managing demands from several sources and working to deadlines
- Team player- broad, critical thinker with the ability to effectively leverage the capabilities of the organization to meet business priorities
- High Competency with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Power-point
- Ideally - Experience and knowledge of TTS products, TTS Client Operations products and platforms (specifically STaRS / PACT)
Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business
