About this Opportunity
The Financial Planning & Analysis Associate is an integral part of the CFO IT Financial Management team. The role partners with IT clients and the wider FP&A organization in developing budgets and forecasts, tracking performance, explaining variances and preparing presentations for IT business partners and senior management. A key element is developing a trusted advisor relationship with clients. The overall objective is to partner with the business and functional managers to meet financial commitments and goals and assist management in making sound financial decisions.
What You'll Do

Develop and present standard reporting to explain current financial performance and future trends
Ability to query, analyze and present data from multiple financial data sources to build budgets and forecasts and explain trends
Develop relationships and credibility with key clients
Partner with the broader Finance team to investigate and correct issues as needed
Work across multiple channels to assist in ad-hoc ITFM or FP&A projects
Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Sound Like You?

Minimum of 4 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience

Additional Qualifications

Strong communicator who is a self-starter and highly motivated individual
3-4 years of experience in Financial Analysis/Accounting preferred
Proficiency or experience with financial systems and reporting
Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced work environment
