Looking for a Senior professional from INSURANCE Industry background (P&C Insurance).

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Insurance SME (Senior BA) with primary experience in P&C Insurance. Prior experience in an Insurance product is useful but not necessary. We are looking for someone with a solutions and consulting mindset and experience. Must be able to interact with senior folks from Insurance Business side (Head of Underwriting, Claims manager, Actuary etc.). Should have experience in designing solutions targeting specific areas within Insurance value chain. Should be able to work with UX designers and developers in converting solution ideas into real/tangible solutions.

Should have experience working with Insurance sales teams (both hunting and farming) in supporting pre-sales, marketing and proposal activities.

A candidate for this position must be a self-starter and able to work in a varied, fast-paced environment.

Experience: Minimum 12 years of industry experience mostly within Insurance space.

Location: Preferred location is New Jersey

Qualifications:

  1. Excellent written and oral communications.
  2. Excellent problem solving, research, and analytical skills.
  3. Superior attention to detail.
  4. Ability to juggle multiple, competing, frequently changing time-sensitive deadlines and priorities.
  5. P&C Insurance knowledge/certifications preferred.
  6. Any experience Design Think approach would be a plus.
  7. Strong interpersonal relationship building skills: able to work with a variety of people and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
  8. Strategic thinking; Applies organizational acumen to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.
  9. Bachelor's Degree preferred (preferably in MIS, IT, or Business)
  10. CPCU (or INS Certifications) a big plus
