Description
- Highly motivated team player that is organized, able to manage complex client relationships, and develop and execute new business and organic growth plans.
- Consultative relationship management and sales process that identifies the needs, reviews organizational structure, entity formation, business economics and appropriate technology solutions.
- Lead the entire sales process, including facilitating and coordinating related onboarding documentation, transition resource team, and asset realization.
- Proven experience and ability to prospect new custody opportunities, including advisors turning independent from the wirehouse, independent broker dealer or trust company channels as well as fee-based independent investment advisors.
- Create and execute on business development strategies that generate leads, as well as maintain and expand referral sources.
- Establish relationships with prospective clients, provides consultation and education regarding growth strategy.
- Effectively coordinates necessary internal and external resource partners in a consultative process to determine optimal solutions that benefit the prospect.
- Tracks and reports out on organic growth and business development efforts.
- Manages the creation of proformas for prospects.

- Utilize interpersonal styles and communicate effectively and professionally, both verbal and in writing across all organizational levels to accomplish objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of relationship management and sales experience preferred focused on business development in the Financial Services sector
- Series 7 and 63, or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Fluent in Spanish a positive but not required
