JOB OVERVIEW

As a Senior Recruiter and our first full-time talent acquisition professional, you will be responsible for the strategy and recruiting execution of ABL's business critical roles. You'll be responsible for guiding candidates through the selection process and connecting them with hiring leaders at ABL. This candidate will work closely with team leaders and senior executives to build robust and inclusive talent pipelines that help the firm scale while maintaining our ethos of hiring and developing best-in-class talent that can provide the service our brand has been built on.

To keep pace with our growth initiatives, this person will be sourcing and hiring talent across a wide range of specialties within our private lending firm including but not limited to: sales/loan originations, operations, accounting, underwriting, processing, and marketing.

In short, we're on a mission to build a bigger and better private lending firm for real estate investors and you're at the middle of it.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute high touch candidate sourcing campaigns to uncover and engage passive and inbound candidates.
  • Establish long term relationships with candidates by developing and maintaining an effective pipeline and network of diverse talent.
  • Conduct introductory phone calls with candidates sharing our purpose and overview of the appropriate career opportunity.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate and lead meetings with key business leaders that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results.
  • Conduct competitive mapping, collect market intelligence, and analyze hiring trends that will strengthen our strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of relevant full cycle recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of selection process and successfully manage a high-volume and complex workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to consult, influence, and manage a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Strong problem-solving, data analytics and reporting skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience recruiting in financial services or real estate preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
