Job description

Position: Shipping Clerk 1 st Shift

Location: Lakewood, NJ

Shipping Clerk will be helping with the order shipment process.

Responsibilities:

-Make sure outgoing shipments of finished product are the same as records and record the data in the ERP system

-Organize shipment using portal and ERP system.

-Collect records for receiving, storing, issuing, supplies and equipment.

-Help with cycle counts to maintain correct inventory.

-Track schedule, pick rates for ability to help customers.

-Answer phone, data, record pick up or drop off PO numbers, including dates and times.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

SAP experience is highly preferred

Must adhere to all safety procedures

Must willing to work overtime as needed

Must be able to score satisfactory on pre-employment assessment

Skills/Experience:

-Must be able to solve practical problem under limited supervision

-MS Office; Word and Excel required

-SAP and ERP Software experience required

-Self motivated and detailed oriented

-Work independently and in teams

-Must maintain DOT, IATA, and IMDG HAZMAT certified (will provide training)
