Job description

A prominent commercial real estate company seeks an experienced property manager for a medical office portfolio located throughout the country. The property manager will be responsible for all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, vendor management, maintenance supervision, construction oversight, reporting, and budgeting. The position is based in Middletown, NJ.

Requirements

The candidate must have a college degree and a minimum of five years of commercial property management experience. This position requires strong administrative, organizational, supervisory, and problem-solving skills. Our company seeks a team player with the proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities. The candidate must have an acute attention to detail and demonstrated effectiveness in managing multiple work assignments simultaneously, often adhering to strict deadlines. The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills and a courteous and customer service-oriented manner. Microsoft Office proficiency is required; Yardi knowledge is a plus.
