Job description

We are looking for a professional food and beverage manager to be responsible for managing all food and beverage operations, Banquet Events, and Concessions Staff and Events. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all food and beverage orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction, employee engagement and deliver an excellent guest experience.

• Complete Food and Beverage responsibilities
• Experienced in casual dining and catering operations
• Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
• Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
• Organizing schedules
• Keeping track of employees' hours
• Recording payroll data
• Ordering food, linens, gloves and other supplies while staying within budget limitation
• No Holidays - 5 Day Work Week
• Weekends required
• Proven food and beverage management experience
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
• Communication and leadership skills
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
• Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field
