Tris Pharma, Inc. () is an innovative specialty pharmaceutical company with an exciting pipeline of both NDA and generic products. In April of 2016 Tris launched its first Commercial Branded product and has been building an infrastructure to support the expanded business. To support its' expectations of continued growth Tris is expanding its' team by adding a Senior Financial Analyst/Manager, FP&A located at its Monmouth Junction, NJ facility. .

This position will be responsible for all aspects of Budgeting, Planning and Analysis related to the overall Tris Organization. The position will work within the Finance Group and will partner with management cross-functionally (Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Medical Affairs) to build annual budgets and analyze variances, including commentary and review trends.

This role will also work closely with the Vice President of Business Development and be responsible for all financial modeling & forecasting related to new business opportunities, financing initiatives and divestitures.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Prepare annual budget, quarterly forecasts and long range plans.

• Prepare insightful monthly analysis of actual results vs. budget/forecast

• Design and improve complex financial models to support detailed forecasting and planning.

• Build and manage financial models to support new business opportunities, financing initiatives and divestitures.

• Perform economic evaluations of various investment and associated projects

• Prepare actual versus budget analysis and commentary

• Perform ad-hoc analyses in support of business initiatives

• Support due diligence efforts when required

Qualified candidates will have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required, MBA a plus.

• Minimum 4 years total experience in a Financial Analysis, Financial Planning or similar role required

• Experience working in a financial role in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company highly preferred.

• Experience working in a financial role in an investment banking company highly preferred.

• Advanced Excel proficiency with proven experience in building sophisticated Excel models required .

• Experience building and analyzing financial models in support and evaluation of a broad spectrum of business development opportunities highly preferred.

• Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to operate among diverse cultures required

• Experience with implementing and managing systems and processes (infrastructure) required.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously required

• Highly self-motivated and able work independently, with keen attention to detail required.
