Job description

Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will support the National Recruitment and Marketing Departments with recruitment strategies, lead generation programs, and digital marketing efforts. In this role you will help bring to life our "Why", our mission - to create relationships and experiences so people are valued and fulfilled - through job board postings, social media content and other marketing collateral. Following the first few months in this role, focus will shift from primarily working on job board postings to an increased concentration on social media and community management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute digital lead generation programs on current social media platforms and job boards
  • Draft, post, and coordinate content and images to publish to the company's social media accounts
  • Contribute to the growth and expansion of our current social media presence and followings
  • Monitor social media accounts and conversations to support community management
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and technologies and make recommendations for future implementation
  • Work closely with the field and the National Recruitment Center (NRC) to coordinate and support National Recruitment Department and Marketing sponsored hiring events and social media campaigns
  • Manage recruiting efforts for NRC supported campaigns by managing branch specific job postings, social media content, hiring events, and any additional recruitment support needed and provide regular updates on results during weekly or bi-weekly campaign status calls
  • Assist with marketing and recruiting content and asset creation including materials such as flyers, videos, signage and more
  • Manage job board requests (LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.)
  • Provide regular updates on social media/digital marketing campaign results and make recommendations based on insights
  • Assist with additional digital marketing strategies and reporting as needed


About You:

· Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing or Communications)

· Knowledge of and experience with all social media platforms

· Must be detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills

· Genuine interest in all thing's social media

· Strong service mentality and excellent interpersonal skills

· Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills

· Self-motivated, flexible, and cooperative attitude with the ability to accept increased responsibility

· Graphic design ability

· Must be able to commute to the Morristown, NJ area
