Allied Needs Employees Like You

Allied is looking for a Human Resources Professional to be a part of our dynamic team. The Human Resources Professional will oversee the full employee life cycle. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, finding, and retaining exceptional talent, new hire onboarding, responding to employee inquires related to HR benefits and programs, day to day handling of employee relations, leave of absence management, COVID protocols, performance management, employment separation and open enrollment.

10 years' experience as a Human Resources Professional, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity is required. Experience operating within the construction industry is preferred. Must have strong recruitment and candidate management skills. Knowledge of BambooHR preferred.

Typical Duties include:

· Full-life cycle recruitment for all positions within the company, nationally

· Overseeing the onboarding process and coordinating with all departments to ensure an effective transition for all new hires

· Coordinate with our third-party agency to conduct background checks for all new hires

· Provide strategic HR support to both the Owner and President of the company

· Maintain the employment handbook and policies, ensuring compliance with all federal and state laws

· Coordinate and oversee all leaves of absence

· Manage the open enrollment process, partnering to bring high-quality plans while maintaining an effective cost strategy

· Resource for employee inquires on Allied benefit/programs and providing clarification/interpretation of company policies

· Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, mitigating legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance

· Maintain COVID playbook and educate workforce about COVID protocols both in the office and the field

· Coordinate employee events

Pay: From $1,000.00 per year
