Key responsibilities

- Be in charge of special projects and ad hoc analyses, including new initiatives, products, risks and opportunities that are frequently emerging

- Report on financial results on a monthly and quarterly basis, relaying trends, risks and opportunities to the leadership team

- Help propel company innovations, pushing boundaries beyond traditional forecasting

- Assist in driving requirements and implementation for business intelligence systems and customer experience

- Collaborate with leadership to develop financial forecasts and set performance benchmarks, applying business judgment and financial insights to assist with decisions that align capital and resource allocation within the company budget

Requirements

- Knowledge of financial analysis

- Strong familiarity with business analysis

- Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools experience a plus

- Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

- 5+ years of relevant job experience working with multiple stakeholders

- Recognized track record of excellence and relevant experience in Banking and/or Corporate finance / operational FP& A at either a fast-growing tech startup or a large, well-established company
